For project teams

    The simplest way to start
    tracking your materials.

Governments, owners and certifications are asking project teams for material data. The documents you already produce are enough to answer them.

    01 / Who asks

Material data is requested in different ways.

A program may set limits, an owner may ask for a report, a certification may need a submittal. Most of them draw on the same information: the products used, the quantities, and an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for each product. An EPD is the manufacturer's published figure for a product's global warming potential (GWP). Some common situations are on the right.

    02 / How you answer

One material list answers every request.

Start from any construction document you have, at any point in the project. Project Reporter builds the material list from it. You confirm the EPD matches and the team keeps quantities current. The same list goes to each party that asks.

The data gets more exact as the project does.
